You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We\u2019ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).<\/div>\n

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. Average delivery times to most locations are between 1-3 business days, for remote locations 3-5 days depending. So, after product is ship out, the tracking number will be emailed to the customer. However, the tracking number can be entered on UPS, USPS, DHL, FedEx website and will give information on where the package is and when the estimated delivery time will be.<\/p>\n
